YOUR ROLE

operational reliability

of Kirey's IT ecosystem.
This role requires a strong execution mindset combined with a pragmatic transformational vision, ensuring that innovation is always business-driven, governable, and scalable.
The CIO will play a key role in ensuring operational stability, governing the international rollout of core platforms (including ERP Cloud), and supporting business growth through standardization, scalability, and effective digital adoption
Responsibilities
* Ensure business continuity and high availability of core IT services
* Govern the cloud-based ecosystem (ERP, collaboration platforms, application landscape, development environments)
* Guarantee performance, stability, and responsiveness of mission-critical systems
* Supervise the international rollout of key platforms, particularly ERP Cloud
* Ensure consistency, standardization, and quality of IT processes across countries
* Manage system integrations and data flows
* Define and govern the IT service delivery model (internal and external)
* Manage technology vendors and partners
* Establish clear service metrics, SLAs, and performance KPIs
* Introduce innovation in a structured and sustainable way
* Improve operational efficiency, time-to-market, and overall service quality
* Support automation, simplification, and rationalization initiatives
* Lead and develop the IT team
* Build a culture of accountability, quality, and collaboration
* Foster internal capability growth
Requirements
* Proven experience as CIO, Head of IT, or IT Manager in service-based or technology-driven environments
* Strong operational and delivery-oriented mindset
* Solid experience managing cloud ecosystems
* Experience in international or multi-country contexts
* Strong governance, budgeting, and vendor management skills
* Pragmatic, hands-on leadership style
* Fluent in English
Nice to have
* Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
* Experience in large-scale rollouts and change management
* Experience in lean and fast-growing IT environments
