PpAs a Sourcing Manager your mission is to lead the Sourcing function by building strong supplier partnerships, optimizing cost and quality, and aligning procurement strategies with the company’s growth objectives. The Sourcing Manager is a key driver of organizational transformation, enabling a proactive, data‑driven, and cross‑functional procurement approach. The role also fosters collaboration among companies within the Business Area, promoting best practice sharing, strategic alignment, and supplier synergies. /p pThe Sourcing Manager plays a pivotal role in consolidating and developing the strategic sourcing approach introduced by the new organizational structure. Leveraging their previous experiences in procurement, the Sourcing Manager focuses on enhancing supplier strategy, optimizing cost and quality, and ensuring that sourcing decisions are aligned with production, RD, and supply chain objectives.
