Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. The organization is seeking a Customer Service Junior to join the team and support the Customer Service Manager with a range of general duties.
Responsibilities
* Take customer incoming calls
* Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
* Data entry within a business management system
* Back office support
Requirements
* High school diploma
* English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written
* Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred
* The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
* Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
* SAP knowledge may be advantageous
The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
