At this stage, Eurochiller is looking for the new Fiscal & Accounting Team Leader & Collection. Your responsibilities in this new role will be: - Responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and fiscal services in order to meet legislative requirements and support local operations. - Responsible for monthly and periodic statutory reporting - Responsible for the preparation of all official reports and tax returns - To perform monthly payroll operations in relation with outsourcing company - To perform various bookkeeping and ad-hoc responsibilities as defined by Business Controller - Involvement in all audit processes: internal and external, preparing reports, statements and reconciliations requested - To provide correct and timely figures and reports and raising red flags when needed - To keep up to date with changes in the accounting and tax regulation, inform the colleagues in the department - To follow internal procedures or other internal rules applicable to this position - To implement accounting procedures in the department - To support other departments with financial and fiscal information - Actively participate and sometimes lead the internal accounting and reporting projects - To use company assets in an efficient and cost conscious way - Responsible for all credit & collection activities Mission - Secure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarations - To ensure that all accounting documents and transactions are complying with local law and tax regulations - Continuously work for improving efficiency in the department - To improve the KPI in credit & collection What are we looking for? We are looking for someone with minimum 3 years experience on a similar position. Someone with a Good knowledge of local law and tax regulations We are amultinational company so Englishit is mandatory as you will need to handle meetings and presentations, communicate with colleagues in the group. Use should have a good knowledge of PC- Ms office (advanced Excel, Word), accounting tools (BPCS 6 is the tool we are now using!) We are looking for someone with an High education in finance Eurochiller is now in a phase of integration, after the acquisitiong from Atlas Copco, so we are looking for: _someone a_ctive, dynamic, self-motivated with good communication skills._ As you will work in a target oriented company, you should be efficientand able to cope with pressuresand setbacks.
