PpRole description: The Productivity Manager has the supervisor of carrying out the operational development of the best work cycle, in accordance with the technical objectives, quality, productivity and costs. /p pIt promotes initiatives for continuous improvement of both operational and information processes in order to improve safety, ergonomics, quality and costs. /p pHe identifies the annual productivity targets and, in collaboration with the other departments, defines the necessary activity plan by monitoring its progress. /p pHe will also be designated as project manager to execute strategic projects for the growth of the plant.
