Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This key role will involve providing critical support for data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging advanced expertise in Power BI and transforming complex data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs and business trends.
* Lead the end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring data quality and consistency.
* Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
* Dive deep into business challenges related to Industrial Policy, Analytics, and Geographical Return, providing data-driven recommendations.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with objectives.
* Ensure continuous communication with client stakeholders to plan activities, address any issues or changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps.
* Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Good presentation and public speaking skills.
