We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Italy.
Job Description
This full-time, remote position involves supporting business development through lead generation via roadshows or workshops. As a technical expert, you will participate in sales pitches and meetings, establish and maintain relationships with partners, and provide training to ensure they understand the unique selling points of our products and services. Additionally, you will gather feedback from clients and partners to enhance our offerings and assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles.
* Strong self-drive, proactiveness, and ability to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
* A passion for the industry and a willingness to learn continuously.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages such as French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
