Together, we belong to something beautiful. /p h3As part of the Offer Department, Category Team /h3 pyou will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /p h3Analyze and build recommendations on the strategy of the brands managed, in line with Sephora’s strategy: /h3 ul liYou will analyze the categories for which you are responsible via panels and other ad hoc studies. /li liData analysis and definition of action plans to improve sales and gain market share. /li liParticipate in development Implementation of brands’ marketing plans looking for exclusivity partnerships /li liAdapt assortment merchandising plans to local needs in cooperation with Sales and Merchandising team /li liPlan and secure key animation slots with the right product assortment and relevant for beauty trend cooperating with trade marketing team. /li liNegotiate with suppliers creating strong relationships in order to maximize partnerships /li /ul h3Implement and monitor annual action plans: /h3 ul liYou will monitor the budget of your brand portfolio /li liYou will participate in the implementation of the actions defined in order to achieve the objectives of turnover and margin. /li liYou will facilitate the coordination between the Animation (OnlineOffline), (E-)Merchandising, Finance and Supply Teams in order to optimize the execution of the animation plan in the stores and on the e-commerce site. /li liYou will contribute to the launches of new products in the category. /li liYou will work closely with Purchasing. /li liYou will define the forecasts for each launch /li /ul h3Who we are looking for: /h3 ul liAnalytical strength, ease with numbers, sensitivity to beauty products and current beauty trends /li liRigorous, organized, curious /li li2and 3+ years of experience in category, product management or operational marketing /li liFluent English /li liYou are recognized for you excellent communication and ease in creating quality partnerships /li liA capacity for observation, adaptation and discretion /li liA spirit of initiative and autonomy /li liA good command of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) /li /ul h3How to be successful in the role and at Sephora: /h3 pBy staying results-oriented and proactive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to the success of Sephora. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
