Manage the movement of promotional and sales materials or other company-related items, coordinating with divisions to assess product condition. Handle storage and movement of promotional materials. Use personal data and IT tools provided by the company, following security procedures and respecting privacy laws. Maintain a professional image and behavior in line with company procedures and the Code of Ethics, both within the company and with third parties. Perform duties in compliance with health and safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08). Verify goods against transportation documents. Record and load goods into the system if necessary. Arrange shelving and general handling. Print and prepare picking lists for shipping. Manage shipments. Handle promotional materials and archives. Manage repair tools and spare parts. Your Qualifications Experience in the role. Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, at a good to excellent level. Basic computer skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and forklift driving license. Motivation, good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, perseverance, ability to work under pressure, and team attitude.
