What You’ll Do
* Provide exceptional customer service by developing detailed knowledge of the product.
* Build, develop, and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly.
* Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes.
* Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities.
* Contribute ideas and suggestions that support the store’s performance.
