* This role is in the UPS Healthcare Italy division, operating in the pharmaceutical logistics and distribution market, shipping from Formello (Rome) and Liscate (Milano).
Can you prove you possess IT know-how, relationship skills, and excellent problem-solving techniques to provide users with technical support services and manage a large IT migration project within UPS Healthcare Italy?
As an IT Specialist, you will be a point of contact for project stakeholders—business, operations, corporate staff, and customers—to provide hardware and software planning, technical advice, and informal training.
We offer a permanent contract to a skilled worker willing to take responsibility for providing technical support, including setup, installation, and configuration of computers, as well as managing local network maintenance and server administration.

* What you’ll do
* Organize and coordinate activities for installing, deploying, and upgrading software, hardware, and network facilities;
* Troubleshoot and restore routine technical services;
* Resolve equipment problems using established processes and procedures;
* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders;
* Coordinate with IT staff in other offices on project requirements and technical activities;

* What you’ll need
* Academic background in Computer Science or related discipline;
* Over 3 years of technical knowledge about computer configurations, OS setup, and software installation;
* Basic knowledge of network devices and configurations;
* Understanding of warehouse and distribution business processes;
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
* AS400 knowledge is a plus;
* Problem-solving and agile thinking skills;
* Proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
