Experteer Overview In this role you drive new business opportunities for IBM Consulting, leveraging our hybrid cloud and AI capabilities to deliver client impact. You will cultivate relationships with Oracle and key stakeholders, translate market insights into tailored solutions, and support deal negotiations. You'll work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and measure outcomes, contributing to IBM's transformation agenda. This is a growth-focused role in a globally collaborative environment with an emphasis on long-term client value and career development.

Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle as our software partner
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients
Prepare and present proposals and business cases to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes Responsabilità Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong understanding of technology and consulting services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Domain knowledge of HR and/or finance and of Oracle or equivalent platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
