Bios-Therapy, Physiological Systems for Health Sp A operates in the research and development of new molecular complexes obtained from natural substances by means of biotechnological processes, for the health of man, animals and plants. The company studies and selects natural raw materials and manages all production processes from seed to finished product. Specific systems composed of RNA and DNA are researched and validated for their rebalancing activity in living organisms.
The substances, both individual and mixed, are mainly aimed at degenerative, metabolic and oncological diseases.
Key Responsibilities Perform complex and targeted experiments in molecular and cellular biology to investigate and analyze the effect of natural substances on specific cellular and molecular processes. This includes the design and implementation of innovative cell‑based assays to gain insights on biological mechanisms and cellular responses, creating a solid foundation for the development of new therapeutic applications. Interact on a daily basis with other laboratory scientists in order to generate personal relationships and the technical environment necessary to enable a comprehensive Systems Biology approach. Work independently within collaborations with international academic institutions.
Requirements Ph D in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology. Scientific background in Biology, Biotechnology.
Experience in cell culture and manipulation: skilled in cell culture, microscopy, cell viability assays and flow cytometry techniques;
experience with primary cell culture, co‑culture and 3 D cellular models.
Gene expression analysis experience: quantitative PCR, gene expression profiling techniques, including RNA‑seq and microarrays.
Protein analysis experience: protein quantification, immunoblotting and ELISA. Fluent in English.
Experience with Agilent Seahorse XF Analyzers is considered a valuable asset.
