Position Summary
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and on‑time monthly payroll for Nestlé Group Italy Employees in compliance with local legal and company policies.
A day in the life of a Plant HR Administrator
- Ensure end‑to‑end processes are properly defined and executed
- Drive any issue resolution to achieve desired results
- Act as a trusted partner with key local partners
- Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution
- Seek continuous process improvement, prioritise, and drive enhancement
