Senior IT Infrastructure, Network and Security Manager
.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the group CIO, the Head of IT Infrastructure and Security is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure (servers and network) and of the Cyber Security posture for all the companies of group, coordinating a small internal team, an external Managed Service Provider and supervising all the local IT Managers.
Optimize IT infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
Develop and implement IT security policies to protect against cyber threats and data breaches
Integrate and manage cloud services to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency
Oversee cloud storage solutions, virtual networks, and cloud-based applications
Create and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or data breaches
Manage the IT infrastructure budget, estimating, reporting, and controlling costs
Coordinate with external vendors to procure necessary hardware, software, and services
Must Have
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing company
Fluent in English
Ability to manage IT infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Configuration and management of Windows server, firewall, switches, routers, SD-WAN and network segmentation
Management of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
Configuration of cloud storage solutions, virtual networks, and cloud-based applications
Management of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and compliance with security regulations (NIS2)
Use of ITIL principles for IT service management, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
Administration and management of Microsoft 365 tenants, including user provisioning, license management, and service configuration
Excellent leadership and team management skills
