Overview The role involves managing various HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance with Maltese labour regulations, and supporting payroll and audit processes. Job Responsibilities Preparation and management of employment contracts, extensions, amendments, and terminations Drafting employment offer letters and mandatory documentation Managing obligations under the Employment and Industrial Relations Act (EIRA) Handling registrations and notifications with Jobsplus Managing documentation for EU and non‐EU workers (Single Work Permit, immigration compliance) Providing administrative support to payroll (FSS, Social Security Contributions, income tax) Updating HR records and archiving documents in compliance with GDPR Verifying administrative documentation from subcontractors Supporting audit processes and inspections Requirements Diploma or Degree in Economics, Law, or related fields 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in Malta Knowledge of Maltese labour regulations Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance orientation Experience in multinational xrdztoy environments Knowledge of FSS and Social Security Contributions Experience with contractor/subcontractor management Job Info Type of Contract: Indefinite Salary: Depending on experience Work Setting: Onsite Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: From 8:00 to 17:00, with one hour of lunch break Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta #J-18808-Ljbffr
