Moreover, you will: - Ensure the safe execution of all maintenance and site activities in line with Valmet, customer, and country HSE policies. - Develop and implement short-term and long-term maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and availability. - Support the successful integration of mill-wide maintenance operations and foster collaboration with customers. - Support the customer in the annual budget management and cost monitoring. - Lead and motivate the maintenance team, ensuring alignment with Valmet’s values and contractual obligations.
