Job Duties and Responsibilities

Represent customer interface in the quality non-conformity managementRepresent customer interface during the PPAP process of new products and manage product/process modification on current products until final customer approval is releasedRepresent customer interface during Process Audits in the production plantsManage quality non-conformities according to customer specific requirements, ensuring to meet required timingCollect in a systematic way the quality non-conformities both coming from assembly lines and from the customerContribute to define, in collaboration with other functions, corrective and preventive actions needed to eliminate non-conformitiesManage the corrective and preventive actions implementation, by monitoring their efficacyMonitor the product performance (scrap %) to highlight main issues to the other functions in order to support the resolutionEnsure the correct implementation of Quality System procedures in agreement with IATF standardWarranty and 0-km KPI and costs management

Main opportunities and challengesThe candidate will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment with the possibility to learn about different technologies that apply to complex products such as Automotive High Performance transmissions. Be part of a company that manufactures premium transmissions delivered to top automotive OEMs.Education and QualificationsEducation:University bachelor degree, Mechanical EngineeringThe candidate needs to have a good Quality background in structured automotive company (at least 5 years) working as Customer Quality EngineerSkills and CompetenciesEssential:

Quality tools background (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, Problem Solving)Able to read complex drawings and to understand measurements reportsFluent English (both spoken and written)MS Office 365 package good knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Copilot)

Considered as a plus:

Mechanical systems knowledgeMySQL and PowerBI good knowledgeSAP knowledge

Soft skills:

Good communication skillsAbility to work with different TeamsHard working, able to work in stressful condition
