Thanks to your HR perspective, you will contribute to grow the organizations that you support by creating a lean and efficient organization, driving digitalized HR ways of working, promoting our company values, and building a transparent, motivated and passionate team spirit. /ppbuMain responsibilities and accountabilities: /u /b /ppYour main responsibility as HR Generalist is to provide expert advice, guidance and support to Managers on our company sites, focusing in particular on Rovereto production unit, and ensure quality delivery of HR in scope activities such as: /pulliImplementation of global HR processes and initiatives /liliRecruitment and workforce planning, including the handling of recruitment agency contracts /liliEmployment contracts definition and general conditions /liliTraining, including the handling of development program funded by government and administrative coverage to secure the return of the investments /liliUnion relations /liliChange Management /liliOrganizational and individual development /liliHandling employee relations and possible employee issues; support the staff with their day-to-day requirements /liliInterfacing with the internal payroll team to provide timely HR inputs for payroll processing /liliSecuring all contractual and administrative requirements are timely fulfilled /liliLegal and regulatory advisory including fulfillment of mandatory activities and policies /liliGuaranteeing the correctness of HR processes and HR data in the HRIS Workday /liliHR program advocacy, communicating the business values of HR initiatives /liliImplementing the HR agenda following the company people strategy and securing the respect of company’s core values. /li /ulpbuYour profile /u /b /ppWe are looking for a passionate HR professional, preferably with university degree. /ppAt least 3 years’ professional experience as HR Generalist in a production environment with unions relations. /ppHe/she has a good attitude in managing stakeholders and involving resources, both from local market perspective and from international perspective.
