Clinical Trial Educator – Europe Location: Remote, Europe Biopharmaceutical / Clinical Development Therapy Area - Rare disease This position offers the opportunity to work directly with leading investigators and study sites, helping to ensure excellence in clinical trial delivery. The CTE will serve as a key scientific resource and educational partner, strengthening site engagement, facilitating understanding of protocols, and supporting high-quality trial conduct aligned with sponsor objectives and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Support study start-up and ongoing trial execution through site training, troubleshooting, and proactive communication. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development. Ensure all interactions adhere to ethical, regulatory, and company compliance standards. Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred). ~5–10 years of experience in clinical research, ideally as a Clinical Trial Educator, MSL, or similar site-facing role within a sponsor environment. ~ Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset. ~ A collaborative, science-driven environment focused on innovation and patient outcomes.
