In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of marine cargo insurance accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. You will be the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and crafting effective insurance programs.Lead the way in delivering tailored insurance solutions, building client relationships, and driving growth for our national portfolio.
How you create impact
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
* Identify emerging client needs to inform new product and service development.
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy for marine insurance products.
* Design, build, and implement comprehensive risk and insurance programs.
* Manage a portfolio of marine cargo insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Serve as the primary client contact, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
* Lead and manage a dedicated team, setting objectives and driving performance.
* Prepare, present, and manage insurance proposals, endorsements, and renewals.
* Conduct risk and insurance program reviews, recommending cost-effective solutions.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate errors or omissions.
What we would like you to bring
1. Bachelor / Master's Degree in law (preferred).
2. Registration in the Italian broker register, section B (preferred).
3. Minimum of 5 years in a senior
