Your Role
* Drive all phases of the sales cycle, from account development to opportunity qualification, leveraging deep sales and technical expertise;
* Identify complex technology opportunities by leveraging deep insight into client needs and network‑driven solutions;
* Create differentiated opportunities based on Security offerings and joint go‑to‑market plays developed through the Accenture Security;
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape go‑to‑market strategies, build client engagement plans, and apply leading Security transformation practices;
* Proactively identify new opportunities through client engagement and accelerate their qualification to proposal stage;
Work closely with a global network of professionals, sharing knowledge and driving impact across regions and teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of work experience;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and pursuit management within Security Services, including Identity Access Management, with a proven sales track record exceeding $8M in annual quota;
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities;
Available for business travel.
Nice to have
* Experience with IAM tools like Ping, SailPoint, and CyberArk;
* Experience with C‑Level client relationship building and relationship management;
* Ability to operate in team‑oriented, high‑energy environments;
Demonstrated commitment, credibility, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
