We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO).

As an intern, you will immerse yourself in an international environment and develop your skills in a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
Purpose of the Role: Assist the HR Department in executing the employee lifecycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities include: Develop and implement internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement;Support recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews;Assist in designing training courses and tracking training activities;Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes;Participate in HR projects aimed at process improvement.Requirements: Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Creativity and a proactive approach;Strong knowledge of digital communication tools and social media;Good command of the English language.We offer a paid internship lasting 6 months.
The position is open to candidates belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
