The individual will provide legal expertise in drafting, negotiating, and implementing a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents, offering practical legal advice and recommendations to all business functions with reference to legal issues. The Legal Specialist will report directly to the Legal Manager and will play a key role in providing support and addressing legal and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities - Draft and review of contracts, legal opinions, contractual templates, and other documents and provide assistance on contractual matters; track contract status, renewals, and expiration dates to ensure compliance with contract obligations. Support compliance projects and issues (e.g. D.Lgs. 231/2001, privacy/GDPR, anti-corruption), and assist on IP matters. Assisting with corporate and business development matters. Support in organizing trainings/refresh/updates for employees on compliance and legal tools, policies, and procedures. Support in the assessment and mitigation of legal risks arising from various business initiatives and operations. Monitoring legislative and case law developments upon request.
