Job Purpose:
The Material Management Assistant supports the material planning activities, contributing to daily operations and continuous improvement initiative. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in an industrial environment and to develop a solid understanding of material management processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support material planning activities
- Use Bookeo Platform for suppliers bookings and arrivals
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and material flows
- Contribute to problem‐solving related to material availability and efficiency
- Support data analysis, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
- Contribute to problem‐solving related to material availability and efficiency
- Collaborate with Suppliers, Production, Quality, Controlling, Purchasing, and Logistics
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability xlwpduy to work in a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
