Posted Monday, April 14, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Overview We are seeking a detail- oriented Business Process Coordinator to support our organization in capturing and detailing core business processes across functions. This role will play a vital part in creating, managing, and refining process documentation that aligns with Lean principles and fulfill Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. The role will also support training and onboarding efforts by supporting the creation of clear and effective training material. The ideal candidate will be proficient in documentation tools like Microsoft Visio, Sharepoint, Word, and Powerpoint and experienced in generating visual process flows and training documentation. Position responsibilities Document Business Processes : Work closely with process/function leaders and team members to absorb, document, and create comprehensive process workflows that meet Lean or Six Sigma principles. Generate Visual Workflows: Use tools such as Visio to produce detailed flowcharts and diagrams that illustrate the steps and decisions within key business processes. Develop Training and Onboarding Materials: Collaborate with process/function owners and leaders to generate clear, accessible training documents to support employee onboarding and process familiarity. Maintain Documentation Systems : Utilize SharePoint and other documentation platforms, like internal wiki pages, to create a central, user-friendly repository for process information. Business Process Integration: Collaborate with IT to integrate business processes and software tools. This can include PowerBI data, JDE and sharepoint workflows as examples. Health & Safety Responsibilities Promote Cespira’s H&S culture following all Environmental, and H&S procedures and understanding your obligations and responsibilities Report unsafe conditions, behaviors and all accidents Co-operate with JHSC (Joint Health & Safety Committee) and Safety representative Position Requirements 2 years experience in process documentation and mapping Experience working with Quality Management Systems in an automotive environment Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is an asset Proficiency in documentation tools, including Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI Experience in generating visual process flows and creating comprehensive training documentation Experience with ERP (JDE) software is preferred Comfortable in communicating with IT to describe workflows needed for certain processes Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across departments to ensure effective workflow design and implementation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating technical details into clear, user-friendly documentation.
