We are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.
We mean an Intern motivated to:
* Support the definition and execution of the regional HR strategy, ensuring the implementation in the countries from a design, communication and accounting perspective;
* Work on data analysis and reporting, turning numbers into insights that support strategic decisions;
* Collaborate on the implementation of the new tools in HQ and in the countries engaging people managers and all the key stakeholders involved;
* Manage at 360° the Planning and Performance Management processes, both from a project management and delivery perspective, leveraging on our HCM system and partnering with HRBPs and HR Country leaders;
* Support analysis on job architecture, position weighting and classification to ensure alignment across the region, together with benchmark analysis (market data, market pricing) to develop pay ranges;
* Ensure, through the definition of competitive and innovative policies, that the remuneration structure reflects the external labour market and respects internal equity;

What you need to succeed
* Statistics/Economics degree or any other discipline with a quantitative approach
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Excellent knowledge of Office (strong Excel, Power Point)
* Strong data driven approach
* Passion for analytics
