Company Description
Synergie Italia Spa, branch of SACILE, Division of Consulting, is hiring for a manufacturing company with over 60 years of experience. We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join the Purchasing Team as a Purchasing Assistant Procurement.
Position
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing the flow of purchase orders, constantly monitoring stock levels
* Ensuring compliance with delivery timelines and conditions agreed with suppliers
* Collaborating with the finance department for accurate invoicing
* Recording prices in the company’s IT system and updating raw material data
* Following up on delayed deliveries and reporting issues to the manager
* Preparing ad hoc reports in Excel
Requirements
* Diploma and/or degree
* At least one year of experience in procurement
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with RDA management through ERP/MES systems
* Knowledge of English is preferred
* Ability to communicate directly with suppliers in Italy and abroad

Other Information
The company offers an initial maternity replacement contract with the possibility of permanent employment.

Work Location: Prata di Pordenone (PN)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
