They will define guidelines and projects for the delivered services, collaborating with other departments and internal customers to gather requirements and configure the ServiceNow tool sections dedicated to the Local Network area.Responsibilities

Requirements
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science or related fields3–5 years of experience in administrative/contract management and IT governanceKnowledge of IT service management tools (preferably ServiceNow)Skills in budgeting and financial analysisFluent English (mandatory); French is a nice‐to‐haveFamiliarity with international contexts and complex organisational structures
