Job Description:
Xchanging Italy, part of DXC Technology group, is looking for a Technical Account for managing delivery to one or more of our customers;
Responsibilities:
1. Build a relationship of mutual trust with your customers, so that you are recognised as an authoritative and reliable partner;
2. Role of focal point for assigned customers and identifying their business needs, which will be directed towards Xchanging solutions;
3. Pursue and monitor the productivity and profitability of assigned customers;
4. Contribute to the development, improvement and enhancement of Xchanging products, including by proposing innovative solutions;
Requirements
5. Degree in economics or proven technical knowledge related to the IT sector;
6. Previous experience as a technical account manager with other software or service providers in the financial sector;
7. Knowledge of the financial market and the world of asset management;
8. Alternatively, experience in related roles such as functional analysts, project managers or application consultants;
