Your team
The Customer Care & Transformation team's mission is to improve the omnichannel customer experience through unparalleled customer service and a strong customer-listening program. The team monitors quality, ensures process adherence, and leverages customer feedback. It also coordinates projects and initiatives to support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Your role
As Transformation & PMO Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of key strategic projects across Snai's online and retail business, with a focus on customer migration to the common platform, process simplification, and digitalization. You will coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensures alignment with Demand teams, and contribute to Capex planning and budgeting. You will provide governance through structured reporting and KPI tracking to support timely delivery and ensure measurable business impact.
What you'll do:
· Coordinate and monitor key projects across Snai's online and retail business, ensuring effective execution in line with strategic guidelines.
· Support the end-to-end migration of customers to the common platform, ensuring service continuity and mitigating operational risks.
· Contribute to defining migration priorities by customer segments and volumes, track progress through KPIs, and activate mitigation actions when required.
· Coordinate transformation initiatives within Snai Italy, with a focus on process simplification, customer-journey digitalization, and operational efficiency.
· Work closely with Demand to align resources, synchronize roadmaps, and support timely delivery of planned initiatives.
· Provide structured reporting to leadership, tracking progress and outcomes through clear KPIs (e.g., NPS, cost-to-serve, churn impact).
· Support the planning and monitoring of Online and Retail Capex spending and contribute to Capex budgeting activities.
What you'll bring:.
· Experienced professional with a solid background in supporting strategic projects and transformation initiatives within complex and multi-channel environments.
· Demonstrated experience in coordinating end-to-end processes, including customer migrations and cross-functional operations.
· Proven ability to manage initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
· Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
· Good knowledge of transformation methodologies, KPI governance, customer experience frameworks, and tools/platforms used for process digitalization and PMO alignment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
