Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Offering and Growth team within the Enterprise Strategy Practice. This is a strategic, client-facing role designed for a senior professional who can operate with autonomy at C‑suite level and lead complex transformation programs for large cross-industry organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a senior strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, supporting decision‑making on enterprise strategy and operating model transformation
* Lead end-to-end redesign of corporate processes, including i.e. HR, Finance, and Procurement, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements
* Drive complex strategic operations such as spinoffs, cutovers, mergers, and acquisitions, from design through execution
* Provide program leadership across large, multi-stream transformation initiatives, managing complexity, dependencies, and senior client relationships
* Collaborate closely with Offering and Growth leadership to support business development and long-term client value creation
* Leverage AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance strategic analysis, process innovation, and transformation outcomes
* Serve as a trusted partner for clients, navigating the local regulatory landscape and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications
Senior-level experience in Delivery, Strategy, or Transformation leadership, ideally within consulting or complex enterprise environments
Required technical and professional expertise

* Strong cross-industry background with deep expertise in corporate functions (HR, Finance, Procurement)
* Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-complexity programs and engaging effectively with C-level executives
* Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in strategic advisory roles
* Advanced knowledge and practical application of AI and GenAI in transformation and decision support
* Strong understanding of Italian Public Sector regulations and governance frameworks
* Italy-based and fluent in Italian and English
