Supporting the Company to deliver on its strategic objectives as well as meeting the demands of financial reporting and management of internal projects.
We are looking for a reliable business partner providing the Site Management with analytical insights that contribute to accelerate growth, productivity, cost control, product profitability and guide capex investments.
Responsibilities
Manage the Financial Operations of Ammeraal Beltech Italia in close cooperation with the Site Management and Finance Group Team.
Documenting business processes, overseeing the application of accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Support in preparing and formulating annual budgets and forecast with a focus on maximising profitability and cash-flow.
Coordinate and review of all operational reporting processes, weekly sales/forecasting, month end financial reports and other management reports.
Support in preparing the materials for the Business Reviews with the Top Management.
Support Capex planning an invesment analysis
Qualifications
Proven track record as a Financial Controller or similar financial position in a larger or similar sized business.
4+ years experience in controlling or business finance in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Lead controlling activities: margin analysis, cost monitoring, cost center structure, variances.
Drive budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis.
Partner with Sales, Operations, IT and Group teams on financial insights and business decisions.
Hands on and prepared to be part of the team to support business changes.
Expertise in data analysis tools: Excel, PPT, PowerBI or Others Sw BI
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Proactive, curious, hands-on and eager to "build".
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualification Level
: Bachelor's in business finance, preferable with a Master degree.
