Job Description
Supporting the Company to deliver on its strategic objectives as well as meeting the demands of financial reporting and management of internal projects. We are looking for a reliable business partner providing the Site Management with analytical insights that contribute to accelerate growth, productivity, cost control, product profitability and guide capex investments.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Financial Operations of Ammeraal Beltech Italia in close cooperation with the Site Management and Finance Group Team.
* Documenting business processes, overseeing the application of accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
* Support in preparing and formulating annual budgets and forecast with a focus on maximising profitability and cash-flow.
* Coordinate and review of all operational reporting processes, weekly sales/forecasting, month end financial reports and other management reports.
* Support in preparing the materials for the Business Reviews with the Top Management.
* Management of Capex flow
Qualifications
Proven track record as a Financial Controller or similar financial position in a larger or similar sized business.
Comfortable with working alongside various stakeholders throughout the business.
High level financial competence: management of P&L, Balance Sheet, budgets, capital expenditure and development/analysis of business cases.
Hands on and prepared to be part of the team to support business changes.
A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
At least 5 years' experience in the same role in a medium/large industrial company and in an Audit Company
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in data analysis tools: Excel, PPT, PowerBI or Others Sw BI
Qualification Level
: Bachelor's in business finance, preferable with a Master degree.
