Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of innovative business and functional requirements, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining and designing business and functional needs, aligning and prioritizing requirements based on the product vision, and monitoring development through project-specific methodologies. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One’s methodology. You ensure that project goals, scope, and product domain are clearly understood by all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work.
* Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, or other detailed deliverables.
* Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.
* Design the solution in conjunction with the Enterprise Solution Architect via the Business Blueprint document.
* Refine and document detailed user requirements, providing clarity for Development and QA teams.
* Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as appropriate.
* Validate products during development phases following project methodologies.
* Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria.
* Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams.
* Develop and provide expertise on PLM solutions.
* Assist in defining business cases for innovation proposals.
* Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed.
* Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants.

* Ability to conduct software demonstrations and communicate effectively at business and technical levels.
* Leadership skills to facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
* Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies.
* Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, including participating in user workshops.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for requirement gathering.
* Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Education & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, working with use cases, business process modeling, and creating use-case or sequence diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
* Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML).
Expected to travel domestically and internationally.
