This is a highly creative, hands-on role at the intersection of generative AI, character design, and rapid content iteration. You will be responsible for building, training, and refining AI-generated characters using LoRA workflows, ensuring they are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with user expectations. The role operates in a fast-paced, experimental environment where creativity, technical precision, and execution speed are equally important. You will contribute directly to shaping engaging AI characters that resonate with large-scale audiences. Collaboration with AI engineers and creators will be essential to continuously improve outputs and introduce new innovations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in iterative development cycles and enjoys turning creative concepts into production-ready AI assets.
Accountabilities
* Own the end-to-end creation of AI characters, including concept design, face generation, LoRA training, testing, and iterative refinement to ensure high-quality, consistent outputs
* Develop and enhance character profiles using AI tools, ensuring they are engaging, dynamic, and aligned with user trends and expectations
* Continuously test and evaluate AI-generated characters for visual consistency, correctness, and overall user experience quality
* Research emerging AI techniques, models, and workflows to improve character generation pipelines and maintain innovation
* Collaborate closely with engineers and creative teams to validate new features and ensure production readiness across releases
* Maintain a steady release cadence by delivering polished, on-trend characters in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience (or equivalent) in creative, technical, or AI-driven roles with strong ownership of delivered work
* Solid hands-on expertise in LoRA training and familiarity with generative AI workflows and model fine-tuning
* Strong creative judgment in selecting and designing character traits, faces, and visual identities
* Comfort working in iterative, high-frequency training and testing cycles with fast feedback loops
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency, originality, and quality of output
* Familiarity with or strong interest in LLMs, diffusion models, and generative AI ecosystems
* Fluent English communication skills for collaboration and technical discussion
* Nice to have: experience with tools such as Kohya SS, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or similar AI pipelines
* Nice to have: exposure to internet culture and engagement-driven content creation
