PpVRV, a Chart Industries group company, is a historic and important industrial entity present internationally in both the design and manufacture of pressure equipment for the OilGas sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of isolation tanks for gas distribution and storage in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HLNG business. /p h3bWhat Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… /b /h3 ul liManagement of customer orders (materials, services, storage fees, handling fees): reception, entry into SAP ERP system, monitoring, updating delivery dates, creating deliveries, and invoicing. /li liManagement of intercompany orders (materials): reception, entry into SAP ERP system, creation of deliveries, and invoicing. /li liHandling of technical and commercial documentation (quotations, order confirmations, invoices, credit/debit notes, RDA, sending drawings for approval). /li liCollaboration with various company functions to ensure proper customer support, overseeing and managing requests and resolving any issues. /li liMonitoring order status to promptly communicate any delays in contractual delivery dates. /li liPreparation of commercial reports for internal use to support Corporate meetings and monthly updates to key customers. /li liFollow‑up on overdue items, recording status in Excel files, and sharing follow‑ups with the Finance department. /li liHandling and recording of complaints, managing correspondence with customers until resolution, managing the shipment and return of components related to the complaint, issuing RDA and credit notes if necessary, and monitoring cost registration (SAP CS Module). /li liArchiving all order‑related documentation on the server. /li /ul h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liHigh school diploma. /li li3 to 5 years of previous experience in technical support or sales roles, preferably in the metalworking or industrial sector. /li liFluent knowledge of the English language. /li liGood communication skills and customer orientation. /li liProactive approach and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liKnowledge of SAP software. /li liGood proficiency in Excel. /li /ul h3bVRV - Chart is an equal opportunity employer... /b /h3 pVRV – Chart Industries is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
