Due to the successful growth of the organization and our ambition to redefine the future of refrigeration we are looking for a passionate Model Foaming Technical Coordinator who would join our growing team in Susegana. We are looking for an independent, open minded, professional who would have the ambition to be Key Contributor in projects development and foamed subassemblies for Prototype Refrigerators in Home Appliances business. He/She will support different project Teams in defining in a truly Italian - European environment, potentially Global. The Model Foaming Technical Coordinator will be a key element in Food Preservation Model Workshop asset. He/She will be working in direct contact with project engineers and project leaders as well as suppliers to integrate new design on Prototypes using real Prototyping Equipment to deliver Fully Functional Prototype (FFP) and Design Verification Test (DVT) series. This will happen in an equipped area that is able to simulate the production process of foaming of a fridge and that will be under his full responsibility in term of Prototypes, Operational Efficiency, Safety, Maintenance. You will be based in Electrolux Food Preservation site in Susegana (TV) only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment. Here you will interact with different functions of the organization such as Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Production and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future. Responsibilities: - Door, cabinet, doorliner, innerliner Foaming Mould Technical solutions (wood & aluminium) implementation, mould planning, mould delivery on time, supplier coordination - Door Foaming Fixture specification / implementations / upgrades (dry & wet side) - Cabinet Foaming Fixture specification / implementations / upgrades (dry & wet side) - Prepare specifications for moulds & equipments (dry & wet side) - Confer with other engineers to discuss technical details related to mould - fixtures - blending units - piping & tanks related to foam chemical components - Guarantee proper foaming Process / Execution - Deliver foamed Prototypes according to drawings and to expected Fit Feel Finish (FFF) level Background & required experience: - Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Technical experience in the manufacturing of machines and/or moulds. - At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company specifically related to machines and / or moulds. - Leadership with the ability to develop detailed specifications and implement standard engineering & customized practices. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional Teams without directs report. - Proven ability in mechanical maintenance skills - Proven ability in hydraulic maintenance skills - Proven ability in electrical maintenance skills - Proven ability in thermoforming & foaming mould maintenance / design (wood/aluminium) Language: - Fluent English (spoken and written) - Fluent Italian is considered a plus Please submit your CV in English LI-RL1
