**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your Role
**Le principali attività**:
- Condurre progetti utilizzando metodi di gestione dei progetti IT
- Essere responsabili del completamento e della qualità dei risultati di un progetto
- Monitorare tutti gli elementi e i vincoli stabiliti: tempo, budget e risorse
- Supervisionare e gestire i progetti e il team dal momento della sua pianificazione, definire l'organizzazione e gli obiettivi da raggiungere e assegnare compiti a ciascun membro del team
- Gestire la comunicazione sia verso il team che verso gli stakeholder
- Garantire che i progressi vengano compiuti correttamente e, se necessario, apportare le correzioni che si rivelano necessarie; produrre report dettagliati sullo stato di avanzamento delle attività
- Gestire il budget, assicurando che il progetto sia completato entro il limite di budget
- Supportare le operazioni di logística e distribuzione nel promuovere il miglioramento dei processi, la trasformazione tecnologica e l'integrazione dei sistemi
**Requisiti**:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza nel ruolo di circa 4 anni
- Esperienza con progettualità IoT
- Sede di lavoro: Milano
