About The Job
Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply has around 12 manufacturing sites per region, grouped into clusters of 2 to 5 sites. The Head of Cluster Facility Management is responsible for driving integrated facility service delivery performance and supplier management, implementing best practices, and standardizing workflows across the cluster.

Main Responsibilities
* Perform qualification activities of manufacturing equipment and control systems.
* Support FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ qualification activities.
* Implement validation programs according to site strategy.
* Collaborate with production and quality teams for qualification needs.
* Work with process experts and quality groups to ensure manufacturing compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support new product introductions and capacity expansions, including vendor selection, maintenance planning, design changes, change controls, OEE, and yield improvements.
* Manage and supervise external validation consultants on site for specific projects.
About You
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams; experience in transformation programs, technology transfer, validation, and manufacturing support.
* Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
