About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Responsible Interior to lead the development and delivery of premium vehicle interior systems for a luxury automotive client. This role is critical in ensuring design excellence, technical feasibility, and flawless execution across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of vehicle interior systems (dashboard, seats, trims, door panels, HMI, materials)
- Manage full project lifecycle: concept → development → validation → industrialization
- Ensure alignment between design intent and engineering feasibility
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Manage suppliers and external partners, ensuring delivery on time, cost, and quality
- Monitor and track KPIs (budget, timing, quality)
- Ensure compliance with automotive regulations (safety, ergonomics, sustainability)

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Design
- 5+ years of experience in automotive interior systems
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of automotive development processes (APQP, V-Model, etc.)
- Expertise in interior components (trim, seating, infotainment, materials)
- Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA, NX) and PLM systems
- Understanding of industrialization and production processes
- Knowledge of premium materials (leather, fabrics, wood, carbon fiber, metals)
- Strong sense of design, ergonomics, and HMI
