Since 1986 Pininfarina expanded its consolidated design expertise outside the automotive sector – its core business – establishing its own direction and a clear identity also in the areas of Architecture and Interiors, Product and Transportation Design.
With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:
STRATEGY AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Working with the function's Head, the ideal candidate will be involved in:
assisting the line manager in the implementation and monitoring of strategic plans
actively supporting the planning, set up and debriefing of activities to foster the corporate development
drafting reports at all-level
acting as a point of contact with the company’s stakeholders on financial, commercial and operational matters
Qualifications and skills:
Master’s degree in Economics (Finance / Administration & Control) or Engineering (Management Engineering)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be considered a plus
Fluent in Italian and English
German or Chinese knowledge will be considered a plus
0-1 year of experience – previous experience in strategic consulting firms and/or multinational companies is preferred
Knowledge and/or strong interest in the automotive industry will be considered a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical approach and quantitative mindset to perform objective analyses
Strong skills in analyzing, summarizing and representing economic/financial information
Accuracy and attention to details
Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Teamworking attitude, self-reliance, stress and conflict management
Results-oriented and problem solving approach
Ability to draft operational and economic-financial documents
