Who are you?

You are an experienced Customer Support Specialist seeking a new challenge. Your communication skills ensure customers feel heard and valued. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at problem-solving, and can turn negative experiences into positive ones.

What will we do together?

The Customer Support Team is vital in representing MAF's offerwall service, MyChips. Your role involves managing support chat and social media channels, assisting customers with questions, and resolving occasional issues.

As you learn about our products, you'll become an expert in advising users. Your goal is to deliver exceptional support and leave a positive impression.

There is room for growth within the team. You could advance to Team Leader or Community Manager, engaging with users and fostering community connections.

What will you do?

1. Assist users with understanding and navigating offers on the offerwall.
2. Troubleshoot technical errors encountered by users.
3. Provide friendly, informative responses to questions and concerns.
4. Document recurring issues for analysis and improvement.
5. Guide users to self-help resources and FAQs.
6. Gather user feedback on their experience.
7. Share insights and suggestions for service enhancement.
8. Seek ways to improve support quality.

What will you need?

* Fluency in English and Korean.
* At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
* Good knowledge of the digital advertising industry.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic.
* Excellent active listening skills.

Nice to have:

* Experience in mobile marketing.
* Knowledge of rewarded & offerwall advertising platforms.
* Innovative thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
