Cerchiamo un IT Functional Analyst – Categoria Protetta (Legge 68/99) per espandere il nostro team, che sarà l’esperto nella trasformazione dei dati in insight significativi e nella traduzione delle esigenze degli stakeholder in soluzioni concrete.
Responsabilità principali
La risorsa si occuperà di:
Raccogliere requisiti dei clienti e svolgere analisi funzionale
Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi
Pianificare ed eseguire test di sistema e integrazione
Trasferire conoscenze e consegnare le soluzioni al cliente
Coordinare la comunicazione con il cliente
Collaborare con i reparti interni per migliorare le funzionalità delle soluzioni
Requisiti
2+ anni di esperienza come IT Functional Analyst in società di consulenza o software house
Conoscenza del ciclo di vita del software
Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Office, con competenze obbligatorie in MS Excel
Laurea in Ingegneria, Statistica, Matematica o discipline correlate
Conoscenza della metodologia Agile è un plus

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an IT Functional Analyst – Protected Category (Law 68/99) to expand ourteam, who will be the expert in transforming data into meaningful insights and in translating stakeholders’ needs into actionable solutions. xjrgpwk
Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will contribute to:
Gathering customer requirements and performing functional analysis
Analyzing and optimizing processes
Planning and executing system and integration tests
Transferring knowledge and delivering solutions to the customer
Coordinating communication with the customer
Collaborating with internal departments to enhance solution features
Education & Experience
2+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst in a consultancy or software house
Understanding of the software lifecycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with mandatory skills in MS Excel
Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
