The IMO\PMO Support role reports directly to the IMO/PMO Director and plays a key role in supporting integration projects. Support the design and implementation of the Day 1 readiness plan and the overall integration roadmap.
Coordinate workstream activities and monitor progress against defined milestones.
Prepare materials, reporting, and documentation for IMO governance meetings.
Support the definition and tracking of KPIs to monitor integration progress and financial impact.
Contribute to governance model alignment, performance management frameworks, and internal control consistency.
Identify integration risks, interdependencies, and critical path constraints.
Develop and track mitigation plans to ensure timely milestone delivery.
previous experience in integration management, PMO/IMO roles, strategy, operations, or consulting.
Proven experience in M&A integration, transformation programs, or complex cross-functional projects.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.
Solid financial acumen, including KPI tracking, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive exposure.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
