Responsibilities
Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.
Qualifications
Agility, dynamism, empathy and flexibility.
Physical and stress resistance.
Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
Aptitude for teamwork.
Organisational skills.
Proficiency in using devices and key software applications.
Results‑oriented mindset.
Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
High school diploma.
Good knowledge of English.
