FACILITY MANAGER
YOUR TASKS

Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day facilities issues – solving problems quickly and effectively;
Coordinating core facilities operations, overseeing cleaning, maintenance and security staff;
Managing service providers and contractors, ensuring uninterrupted operations across the Village to ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and to budget;
Monitoring building performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency, improvements and supporting environmental initiatives;
Health, Safety & Environment: managing layouts and systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, evacuation drills, training, and supplier documentation;
Capex & Asset Management: drafting/updating investment plans, feasibility analyses, and document management;
Tenant Coordination: overseeing store setups and openings, contractual compliance checks, handover and return procedures;
Cost Saving & Reporting: monitoring consumption, implementing efficiency programs, coordinating consultants, and preparing reports.

YOUR PROFILE

Technically qualified with solid expertise in facility management.
Experienced in health and safety field, risk management, maintenance.
Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a hands‑on approach.
Organizational and analytical skills.
Strong written and communication skills in Italian and English.
Based near Franciacorta Designer Village.
