Your Role
FAAC Technologies is currently looking for an IT Business Analyst for Financial and Controlling for its headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and understand business requirements
* Support as IT reference, HQ and/or subsidiaries projects
* Solving issues coming from daily use of applications (helpdesk and maintenance)
* Customizing knowledge and working on SAP FI-CO
* Work with Help Desk KPIs
Requirements
* Degree in Economics or equivalent.
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role working on SAP FI-CO.
* Proven experience in IT and Functional Analysis.
* Mandatory knowledge of SAP ERP.
* Knowledge of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) will be a plus.
* Negotiation, communication and team working skills.
* Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Availability to travel abroad.
