The successful candidate will design and develop solutions using Guidewire ClaimCenter (version 9 and later), support junior developers, and collaborate with senior resources. This is a fully remote role based in Italy, and fluency in Italian is required. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire ClaimCenter (v9+). Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality ClaimCenter functionality. Plan and coordinate the work of junior developers. Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing ClaimCenter solutions. Contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team. Optionally leverage latest AI technologies to enhance ClaimCenter functionalities (if applicable). Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer (version 9 or later). Strong knowledge of ClaimCenter architecture, configuration, and customization. Experience in coaching or supporting junior team members. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written). Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a distributed team. Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with AI technologies and their integration into business processes. Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies. xrtlpzc Knowledge of other Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter) is a plus.
