Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards and safety regulations. /p pAs a Services Specialist Warehouse and logistic Ops, you will: /p ul lipOversee and coordinate external supplier personnel to ensure adequate coverage of all scheduled work shifts /p /li lipContact suppliers to request quotations based on specific internal customer requirements and issue purchase requests /p /li lipContinuously improve processes and implement technological enhancements required by the business /p /li lipPrepare shipping documentation (pro-forma invoices, customs documents, hazardous materials paperwork, etc). /p /li lipCommunicate with transport providers and suppliers. /p /li lipManage loading/unloading of goods and verify documentation. /p /li lipOversee internal logistics and material movements, including forklift operations. /p /li lipMaintain storage areas and ensure cleanliness and organization. /p /li lipUpdate records and manage transfers between sites. /p /li lipOrganize warehouse layout, labeling, and shelving. /p /li lipMonitor inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy and correct level of stock according to production needs /p /li lipImplement HSEQ principles and compliance in warehouse operations. /p /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul lipDiploma in logistics or warehouse management. /p /li lipForklift license and proven experience in warehouse operations coordination /p /li lipKnowledge of shipping documentation and logististic procedures. /p /li lipAbility to manage hazardous materials and safety standards. /p /li lipExperience with inventory control systems and ERP tools (Oracle, Maximo, Supply Point, Sharepoint) /p /li lipStrong organizational and planning skills. /p /li lipEffective communication and teamwork abilities. /p /li lipAttention to detail and problem-solving mindset. /p /li lipProficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software. /p /li lipAdaptability to dynamic environments and deadlines. /p /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
