Owned by a leading Private Equity fund, the company is well positioned to capture the expected market growth and to pursue an active MA strategy. /p ul liFood manufacturing, PE backed company /li liReal impact /li /ul h3Job Description /h3 ul liLead the financial strategy and build a structured, scalable Finance Administration function. /li liImplement governance, financial planning, reporting, and management-control systems aligned with PE backed requirements. /li liManage ongoing communication with the private equity fund, including KPIs, reporting packages, budgeting, and industrial plan updates. /li liStrengthen administrative and accounting processes, implementing digital tools and standardised procedures. /li liSupport commercial expansion, pricing, margin analysis, and contract management for the industrial channel. /li liOversee treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. /li liManage procurement activities, particularly around raw material cost control and risk management. /li liEvaluate investment opportunities, capacity expansion projects, and other strategic initiatives. /li liLead MA activities including scouting, financial analysis, due diligence, and integration. /li liGuide the organisational transformation toward a more data driven and managerial culture, while developing and mentoring the Finance team. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liProven experience as a CFO within manufacturing driven food beverage companies. /li liBackground in PE backed environments, with familiarity in governance, KPIs, and value creation processes. /li liSolid track record building or restructuring finance functions in growing or partially unstructured organisations. /li liStrong hands on attitude combined with strategic vision, resilience, and operational execution capability. /li liExperience in companies ranging €80-150M revenue and in contexts of rapid scaling. /li liKnowledge of supply chain, purchasing, and raw material management, preferably agricultural commodities. /li liAbility to interface with corporate/industrial clients and understand B2B commercial dynamics. /li liMature and collaborative leadership style suited to a transition from founder led to managerial structures. /li liExcellent analytical skills, strong familiarity with ERP/BI systems, and fluent English proficiency. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 pGreat career opportunity /p h3Contact /h3 pQuote job ref: JN- /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
